Humane Goods offers a 30 day 100% money back guarantee if your product arrived damaged, is defective, or was lost. If one of these three things occurred, please open a support ticket at https://humanegoods.freshdesk.com and our support will assist you ASAP.
Please remember to include photos of the damaged product when opening your ticket.
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
